The facility comprises 43 research laboratory spaces designed to meet ISO Class 6, 7, and 8 standards, including a dedicated Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) room. It incorporates a gas storage station for various types of gases, bio-sample storage areas, and office space accommodating 110 personnel. Additional facilities include five meeting rooms and a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 75 people.
